开放式手术与微创经皮肾穿刺取石治疗肾结石效果比较

目的 对比分析开放性手术治疗肾结石与微创经皮肾穿刺取石的临床疗效,探讨肾结石最佳治疗方式.方法 回顾性分析经临床确诊为肾结石的患者120例,依据患者意愿和治疗方式随机分为行开放式手术治疗肾结石的开放组和行微创经皮肾穿刺取石的微创组,每组各60例.重点记录两组手术时间、术中出血量、结石取净率、住院时间和并发症发生率等评价指标.结果 微创组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生率等均低于开放组(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)；微创组结石一次取净率高于开放组(P＜0.01).结论 微创治疗创伤小、出血量少且并发症发生率低,尤为关键的是其结石取净率高,是一种更为先进的肾结石治疗方法,具有一定的推广意义.

Analysis on effect of open surgery and minimally invasive percutaneous renal puncture in treating renal calculi

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of open surgery and minimally invasivc percutaneous renal puncture in treating renal calculi in order to find out its best treatment way. Methods 120 cases of renal calculi in our hos- pital were selected and divided into two groups according to the patient＇s wish and treatment way. One group was given the open surgery and the another group was given minimally invasive percutaneous renal puncture,60 cases in each group. The average sugery time,intraoperative blood loss, free rate of kidney stones, hospitalizing time and complications were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results The surgery time,intraoperative blood loss, the incidence of fever in the minimally invasive perentaneous renal puncture group were lower than those in the another group, difference showing statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Morover,the once stone free rate in the minimally invasive group was obviously higher than that in the open surgery group （P〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous renal puncture is considered as an advanced method of curing renal calculi with the advantages of little trauma, less blood loss and low incidence of complications and higher stone free rate, which has certain extending significance.
