宫腔镜与阴道B超在诊断异常子宫出血中的应用

目的 探讨宫腔镜和阴道B超检查在异常子宫出血诊断中的应用价值.方法 对92例异常子宫出血患者行宫腔镜和阴道B超检查,并与病理检查结果相对照.结果 B超检查与病理结果的诊断符合率为52.2％,宫腔镜检查与病理结果的诊断符合率为81.5％,宫腔镜与B超联合检查与病理结果的诊断符合率为92.4％,三者比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 宫腔镜结合阴道B超检查并与定位组织活检和诊刮术相结合,可提高对宫腔内疾病诊断的准确性.

Application of hysteroscope and transvaginal B type ultrasound in diagnosing abnormal uterine bleeding

Objective To discuss the application value of hysteroscope and transvaginal B-type ultrasound in the diagnosis of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 92 cases of abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and diagnosed by hysteroscope and transvaginal B-type ultrasound and the results were compared with pathology results.Results The coincidence rate of transvaginal B-type ultrasound results and pathology results was 52.2%.The coincidence rate of hysteroscope results and pathology results was 81.5%.The coincidence rate of transvaginal B-type ultrasound combined with hysteroscope results and pathology results was 92.4%.The differences showed statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The hysteroscopy must be combined with B-type ultrasound,location biopsy and endocervical curettage,which can improve the diagnostic accuracy of endometrial disease.
