磁敏感加权成像对正常大脑深部核团铁含量与年龄的相关性分析

摘    要:目的 利用磁敏感加权成像(SWI)序列对正常颅脑成像,比较不同脑区铁质含量的差异及其与年龄的关系.方法 对30例健康志愿者行常规MR序列和SWI序列扫描.观察正常颅脑结构在SWI图像上的表现;分别测量不同年龄组壳核、丘脑和苍白球的相位值.结果 SWI图像能清晰显示大脑正常结构,各年龄组间壳核相位值差异具有统计学意义(F=7.832,P=0.002,P<0.05),壳核内相位值与年龄成负相关(r=-0.786,P<0.05),丘脑及苍白球相位值与年龄之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 SWI不但能清晰的显示大脑正常结构,而且可增加对于生理状态下脑铁分布情况的认识,有助于更好地理解疾病相关的脑铁沉积现象.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the manifestations of susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI) in normal brain by comparing SWI with conventional MR sequences. Methods 30 healthy volunteers were underwent the routine MRI including con- ventional sequences and SWI. Normal structures and veins were observed and the phase values of putamen, thalamus and globus pallidus in different age groups were analyzed. Results The SWI images could clearly display the normal cerebral structures. The difference of phase values of putamen among three age groups had statistical significance (F=7.832,P=0.002,P〈0.05).The phase values of inside putamen showed the negative correlation with age (r=-0.786,P〈0.05).The phase values of palladium and thalamus had no correlation with age (r=-0.256, P=0.173,P〉0.05). Conclusion SWI can not only display the normal cerebral srtucture,but also increase the understanding of brain iron distribution in physiological state, which is conducive to understand the disease-related brain iron deposition.
