氟在龋病防治中的作用

目的阐述各类常用氟化物防龋方法的优缺点,为临床使用氟化物防龋提供理论依据。方法计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI,1979—2011年)和中文科技期刊数据库(VIP,1989—2011),阅读有关书籍专著,研究相关资料,并结合临床操作经验综合分析,对氟化物防龋的现状做一阐述。结论氟化物防龋的方法种类繁多,如氟化泡沫、氟保护漆、含氟牙膏、氟漱口液、氟化饮水、氟化食盐和氟化牛奶等,各种氟制剂和使用方法均有优点和不足之处,临床上应根据人群的年龄、体质和当地的水氟浓度及医疗卫生条件等来选取适合的防龋方法。

Research Progress of the Fluoride Prevention of Dental Caries

OBJECTIVE To describe the advantages and disadvantages of the fluoride prevention of dental caries, provide a theoretical basis for the fluoride prevention of dental caries in the clinical operation. METHODS The status of fluoride in caries prevention is described by comprehensive analyses of relevant materials of CNKI （1979-2011）, VIP （1989--2011）, books, monographs and clinical experience. CONCLUSION The methods of fluoride prevention of dental caries are various, such as fluoride foam, Fluoride Protector, fluoride toothpaste, fluoride mouthwash, fluoride drinking water, fluoride salt, fluoride milk. Various fluoride products and the uses of them have their own advantages and disadvantages. Age, body mass, the local water fluoride concentration and health condition should be considered to select the appropriate methods for prevention of dental caries.
