综合性心理干预治疗儿童哮喘临床疗效观察

目的:探讨综合性心理干预治疗对哮喘患儿的情绪障碍及哮喘症状的临床疗效.方法:采用随机对照方法,将符合哮喘诊断标准的80例学龄期儿童分为治疗组40例,对照组40例,给予同样药物治疗,治疗组同时进行综合性心理治疗,比较治疗前后两组患儿的行为,抑郁、焦虑情绪,临床疗效及呼吸峰流速(PEF).结果:治疗后两组患儿的行为,抑郁、焦虑情绪评分均较治疗前好转,但仅有治疗组有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组患儿临床疗效及PEF的改善均优于对照组(P<0.01).结论:综合性心理干预能明显改善哮喘患儿的行为及情绪障碍,改善其临床症状及肺功能,药物辅以综合性心理干预治疗儿童哮喘疗效优于单纯药物治疗.

Clinical Effects of combined Psychotherapy in Children with Asthma

Objective:To study the clinical effects of integrated psychotherapy on emotional disorder and the symptoms of asthma in children.Methods:Eighty children with asthma were randomly divided into intervention group(n=40) and control group(n=40).The children in intervention group were given drug treatment and integration psychotherapy,the children in control group were given the same drug treatment alone.The anxiety and depressive symptoms,the clinical effects of therapy and PEF were assessed before and after treatment in both groups.Results:After treatment the anxiety and depression value in both groups were decreased,but the value of control group was not significant,and the decrease rate in intervention group was larger than that in control group(P<0.01).The clinical effects and PEF of intervention group were more effective than those of control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The integration psychotherapy may lessen the symptoms of emotional disorder,improve the clinical effects of therapy and pulmonary function of asthma.It is a better method.
