延续性饮食干预策略对肠造口病人排便功能的影响

目的]探讨实施延续性饮食护理干预对直肠癌永久性肠造口者康复早期排便功能及生活质量的影响.方法]将直肠癌永久性肠造口者64例随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组由专业小组团队进行出院后延续性饮食护理干预,对照组只接受常规出院后随访,观察干预期内两组病人排便异常的发生率,比较干预后3个月两组病人生活质量得分、健康教育内容知晓率及病人满意度.结果]干预期间试验组腹泻、腹胀、排气异常的发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;干预后试验组生活质量得分、健康教育内容知晓率及病人满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论]建立专业的小组团队,实施延续性饮食护理干预,有助于改善肠造口者康复早期排便功能,提高生活质量.

Influence of continuity of dietary interventions on defecation function of patients with colostomy

Objective：To probe into the influence of comtinuity of dietary in- tervention on the early defecation function and quality of life of patients with permanent colostomy. Methods：A total of 64 colorectal cancer patients un- derwent permanent colostomy were randomly divided into test group and control group,patients of test group received continuity of dietary interven- tion and nursing by a professional team, and patients of control group re- ceived routine follow - up after discharge, then to observe the incidence of ab- normal defecation in two groups of patients during intervention period, and compare the scores of quality of life, health education awareness and pa- tients~ satisfaction in 3 months after intervention. Results： The number of occurred cases of diarrhea, abdominal distension, abnormal exhaust in test group during intervention was less than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P~0.05） ;Quality of life scores, the content of health education awareness and patient＇s satisfaction in test group were bet- ter than that in control group after intervention, there was statistical signifi- cance differsnce（P%0.05）. Conclusion： To establish a professional team and implement continuity of dietary nursing intervention is helpful to improve the bowel function during early rehabilitation of patients with colostomy and improve their quality of life.
