摘    要:目的建立细辛不同药用部位及制剂中马兜铃酸A的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定不同来源细辛药材、不同药用部位及两种制剂中马兜铃酸A的含量。采用C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸,甲醇体积分数在30min内由40%上升到63%,检测波长为316nm,流速为1mL·min-1,柱温为室温。结果该方法线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为2.1%;细辛全草、根茎、根及制剂小青龙颗粒中检测出马兜铃酸A,而辛芩颗粒中未检出。结论方法简便、快速、准确、回收率高,可用于细辛药材中马兜铃酸A的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for the content determination of aristolochic acid A.Method HPLC was employed by using C18 as the column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),methanol-acetic acid(1%) as the mobile phase,while in 30 minutes,the consistency of methanol was from 40% to 63%.Flow rate was 1 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 316 nm and the column temperature was ambient.Results A good linearity was obtained(r=0.999 8).The average recovery of aristolochic acid A was 99.7% with RSD2.1%.Conclusion This method is simple,rapid,accurate,and can be used for the content determination of aristolochic acid A.
