农村医疗保障制度供给分析

在承认医疗服务具有公共物品或准公共物品特性的前提下，试图在制度经济学的框架下，结合现阶段我国农村具体实际，从新农合制度与农户医疗信贷行为之间互动关系的考察中提炼出政府重建和完善农村医疗保障制度的必然逻辑，最后提出了相关政策建议，以期在农村配套制度建设相对落后的现状面前，将农村医疗保障制度的建设作为契机，全面推动农村社会经济快速发展。

Supply analysis on rural medical security system

Based on the prerequisite of medical care has its own character with public product and sub-publie product. Under the guide by the systematic economics, this paper analyzed the mutual relationships between new rural cooperative medical scheme with their medical credit behavior from participants. Then the author proposed the logical process and policy suggestions for establishing the new rural cooperative medical scheme. It is expected that develop the rural medical security system to promoting social economic development in rural areas.
