| 摘 要： | 手术是头颈部鳞癌治疗的主要方法之一,阴性切缘对于手术治疗的效果十分关键.研究显示,分子生物学检测较常规病理检查可更早期、更准确地对手术切缘进行评估,为术后治疗策略的制定和预后预测提供更佳的依据.

Molecular tumor markers of surgical margins in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma |

| Abstract: | Surgery is one of the most important therapy for head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. The importance of negative margins at the time of surgery has been well documented in decreasing recurrence rates. Studies show that molecular detection can evaluate surgical margin in early stage and more accurately compared with routine pathological examination,which is significant for prognosis and postoperative therapy. |
