摘    要:以红霉素发酵液为对象设计实验,考查内压式中空纤维的膜通量衰减现象。其衰减的主要原因是膜表面吸附蛋白质以及在膜表面形成浓差极化层。保留液浓度影响膜通量是间接的,其外在宏观表现为保留液浓度高、膜的处理量大和处理时间长都将加剧膜通量衰减。在实际应用中须考虑这些因素

Abstract:The decline of the flux of inner pressure hollow fiber ultrafiltration with the erythromycin broth as a model solution has been investigated. Flux decline is caused mainly by protein adsorption and concentration polarization on the membrane surface. The effect of the protein concentration in recirculating solution is an indirect factor. The external behaviours are those of high protein concentration, large permeating volume and long operating time will accumulate the flux decline. All factors discussed above should be taken into consideration in membrane process.
