生米卡链霉菌突变引起生理代谢改变的研究

摘    要:链霉菌每个菌种都有自己的生理代谢特征,同一菌种经过不同的处理获得的突变株由于遗传物质突变,其生理代谢也发生了变化,生米卡链霉菌的几种不同来源的菌株不仅产生麦迪霉素的效价有差异,而且菌体的生理特征、菌体蛋白及胞外酶也发生了改变,并且对外界加入的诱导物质也存在不同的反应.这表明经过不同的诱变处理后,菌株遗传调控改变引起生理代谢变化,导致麦迪霉素发酵效价各异.

Abstract:Every strain of individual species has its special characteristics ofphysiological metabolism. Due to genetic mutation, the metabolism of mutants from a straintreated in different methods is changed. Several mutants of streptomyces, which are fromdifferent mutation methods, have not only different yields of midecamycin (MDM), but alsotheir physiological characteristic, cell membrane protein and enzymes changed, and havedifferent reaction to the inducer added into tbe fermentation media. The results imply thechange of mutant genetic control of strains caused different physiological metabolism anddifferent yields of MDM.
