摘    要:背景:介入外科中所用的热封合器械常因加热过度导致封口炭化或漏血,效果欠佳.目的:探讨PTC高分子材料在射频热封合器械中的应用.方法:以介入射频热封合止血刀为应用目标,制定了筛选PTC高分子材料的原则;制备了PTC高分子;对其进行功能特性测试.结果与结论:结果表明达到了射频热封合切割组织和快速止血要求.用此作关键部件的热封合器械具有安全闭合并离断由细到粗直径的各种血管和不同结构的组织;无烟雾,手术视野清晰;无炭化,器械表面与凝固组织间无粘连;因最小的热传导使受创伤影响的组织很薄;与电外科工作站配合可低功率输出并自动停止.
