ITI即刻种植体用于前牙外伤后修复的体会

目的评价前牙外伤后即刻种植修复的临床特点及近期疗效。方法10例患者共13颗上中切牙在外伤缺失后即刻植入种植体,种植体周骨缺损植入Bio-Oss骨粉,植入6个月后行上端修复。修复后追踪时间平均12个月。结果13颗种植体至最后一次复诊完全成功11颗,基本成功2颗,无失败,临床效果良好。结论前牙外伤性缺失行即刻种植修复,具有避免残留骨吸收,减少手术创伤,种植体位置理想,修复美学效果好等特点,可以在临床积极开展。

Clinical Efficacy of Immediate Implantation with ITI after Trauma

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and features of immediate implantation after trauma of anterior teeth. Methods 13 -extracted superior central incisors in 10 cases were immediately implanted after trauma. The second stage operation and final restoration were performed in 6 months. The follow-up was 12 months. Results Among 13 implants, 11 were complete success,the others were also good. The follow-up showed that all implants achieved good clinical results. Conclusions The immediate implantation repair after anterior teeth trauma can avoid rudimental bone tissue absorption, diminish the operative wound, and achieve ideal implant positions and reparation esthetic effect. It is worthy to be generalized in clinic.
