高氧对新生鼠视网膜血管的影响

摘    要:目的观察高氧对新生鼠视网膜血管的影响。方法新生Wistar大白鼠40只,建立高氧诱导的新生鼠模型,心脏墨汁灌注进行视网膜形态学观察,并进行视网膜主干血管直径测量、视网膜周边血管复盖率测定及视网膜新生血管计数。结果视网膜主干血管直径高氧组明显小于空气对照组(P〈0.01);视网膜周边血管复盖率和视网膜新生血管数量高氧组明显高于空气对照组(P〈0.01)。结论高氧诱导视网膜血管的改变可能是早产儿视网膜病变的病因之一。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of oxygen inhalation on rat retina vessels. Methods 40 newborn rats were divided into 2 groups. The oxygen-induced murine model was built. The diameter of main branch retina vessel,the coverage rate of peripheral retina vessels and the neovessel number were measured. Results The diameter of main branch retina vessel in test group was significantly smaller than that in air control group(P < 0.01). The coverage rate of peripheral retina vessels and the retina neovessel number were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion The oxygen inhalation induce changes in rat retina vessels,which may be one of the causes for pathologic changes in retinopathy of prematurity (ROP).
