多层螺旋CT在淋巴管瘤诊断中的应用

目的探讨多层螺旋CT在淋巴管瘤诊断中的应用优势及影像特征。方法回顾性分析25例淋巴管瘤患者多层螺旋CT的检查资料,总结多层螺旋CT下淋巴管瘤的影像特征。结果25例淋巴管瘤中20例囊性淋巴管瘤,CT平扫14例表现为单一囊肿,6例表现为多房性囊肿,囊腔内见有分隔;增强扫描8例出现囊壁或(和)间隔的轻微强化。4例海绵状淋巴管瘤平扫均表现为囊实性肿块,增强检查实性部分有明显分期增强;1例毛细管型淋巴管瘤表现为局部皮肤及皮下组织的增厚,部分区域见有小蜂房样表现,增强扫描见有轻度不规则强化。结论多层螺旋CT能够为淋巴管瘤的诊疗提供更多有价值的影像信息。

The Application of Multi-slice MSCT in the Diagnosis of Lymphangioma

Objective To study the ascendancy in the diagnoses and imaging features of MSCT in patients with lymphangioma.Methods To analyze retrospectively MSCT data of 25 cases of lymphangioma and to summa- rize ascendancy in the diagnoses and imaging features of MSCT of lymphangioma.Results Among all 25 cases of lymphangioma,Within 20 cases of cystic lymphangioma,single cyst was showed in 14 cases and multilocular cyst was showed in 6 cases in plain scan,and tittle enhancement of capsule wall and(or)septal in 8 cases in en- hancement scanning.Cystic-solid mass was showed in 4 cases of cavemoma lymphangioma in plain scan,and solid part of mass was enhanced obviously in enhancement scanning.1 capillary ymphangioma showed the skin and hypodermic thicking,and pan of area showed little beehive-like feature.Enhancement scanning showed slight irregularity enhancement.Conclusion MSCT can prove more valuable imaging information in the diag- nose and treat in patients with lymphangioma.
