摘    要:目的检测及清除细胞培养中支原体的污染.方法应用DNA荧光法及两步PCR法检测支原体,采用BM-Cycline与裸鼠皮下过继联合法去除支原体;结果DNA荧光法、两步PCR法支原体检测率分别为25.0%,40.0%;BM-cyclie与裸鼠过继法对支原体的清除率为100.0%;结论上述方法能有效检测和清除细胞培养中支原体的污染.

Abstract:Objective: To detect and remove mycoplasma containantion in cell culture. Methods: Detect mycoplasma by using DNA fluorescent and two-step PCR, removing mycoplasma by BM-Cycline and inoculation of nude mice. Results: The positive rates of mycoplasma by DNA fluorescent staining were 25.0%, The positive rates by two-step PCR were 40.0%; the removable rates of mycoplasma by BM-Cycline and inoculation of nude mice were 100.0%. Conclusions: Above methods can effectually detect and remove the mycoplasma in cell culture.
