| 摘 要： | 近年,创伤性脊髓损伤的损伤机制和治疗有了很多新的进展,特别是继发性损伤脊髓损伤机制的深入研究,新的治疗方法不断应用于临床,脊髓损伤后综合防治显示出较好效果。探讨创伤性脊髓损伤的损伤机制和治疗进展,能指导临床实践,全面有效治疗将使患者的预后得到明显改善。
