| 摘 要： | 目的:评价冠状动脉内支架置入术在冠心病治疗中的临床应用价值.方法:对45例64支冠状动脉病变内置入62枚支架,其中置入左主干1枚,左前降支30枚,回旋支10枚,右冠脉21枚.结果:45例全部置入成功.结论:冠状动脉内支架置入术是治疗冠心病的一种安全可靠,成功率高的介入性治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To estimate the clinical value of intracoronary stent implantation for coronary heart disease. Methods: In 45 patients with coronary heart disease,there are 64 coronary arteries with lesions.Intracoronary stenting is performed in 62 arteries;one in LM,30 in LAD,10 in LCK,and 21 in RCA. Results:Success rate of intracoronary stenting was 100%.Conclusion: The intracoronary stent implantation is an useful and safe technique of coronary intervention. |
