| 摘 要： | 对３８例肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良以疏肝健脾基本方加减治疗（中药组），并以西药组（３１例）作对照，结果表明，在自、他觉症状的改善、远、近期疗效等方面均明显以中药组为优。其机理与疏肝健脾类中药对植物神经功能紊乱具双向调节作用、能消除消化道局部炎症、促进胃排空、抑制胆汁返流、清除幽门螺旋菌等有关.视健脾守方治疗等可降低复发率。

| Abstract: | cases of functional dyspepsia of depression of live-energy and asthenia of spleen (the control groups with western medicine, 31 cases). The TCM groups were much better than the control groups in improving subjective and objective symptoms and in the recent result and the long-term follow-up result. The mechanism was that the Chinese materia medica of freeing liver and strengtheing slpeen coordinate and adjust the functions of the autonomic nervous system. It may eliminate local inflammation of digestive canal,accelerate gastyicemptying inhibite bile from regurgitating,eliminate helicobacter polor,etc. |
