| 摘 要： | 分离自使用中消毒液的９８株细菌，葡萄球菌、微球菌和链球菌的质粒检出率均为１００％。其质粒大小为２０～５４２ｋｂ。６１１１％菌株为单一５４２ｋｂ质粒。革兰阴性与革兰阳性杆菌质粒检出率分别为１００％与９２０％，质粒大小分别为１１～２１９４ｋｂ与１１～５３２ｋｂ，质粒谱型均较分散

| Abstract: | In the 98 strains of bacteria isolated from the disinfectant solution in use, the plasmid detection rate of staphylococci, micrococci and streptococci was 100% The molecules of the plasmids contained 2 0～54 2 kb 61 11% of the bacterial strain showed single type of 54 2 kb plasmid The plasmid detection rates of gram-positive and gram-negative bacilli were 100% and 92 0% respectively The molecules of the plasmids contained 1 1～219 4 kb and 1 1～53 2 kb respectively The plasmid pattern was rather scattered |
