左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器与孕三烯酮用于子宫内膜异位症术后治疗

目的:观察左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器(LNG-IUD)与孕三烯酮用于子宫内膜异位症术后治疗疼痛和防止复发的疗效。方法:子宫内膜异位症保守性手术后患者68例,其中36例使用左炔诺孕酮宫内节育器,余32例服孕三烯酮,记录治疗前后患者的疼痛情况、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、血清CA125水平、病灶复发情况以及药物副作用。结果:LNG-IUD组术前25例痛经患者,术后痛经均得到缓解和改善,有效率达100%,两年内复发率5.56%;孕三烯酮组26例术前痛经患者,24例痛经得到缓解和改善,有效率为92.31%,两年内复发率9.37%。结论:LNG-IUD与孕三烯酮均能有效地控制子宫内膜异位症术后疼痛和病灶的复发。

Effects of levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine device and gestrinone on post-operative pain-relief of endometriosis
