冠心病心室非同步运动与心功能的关系

对61例冠心病(CAD)患者和23例正常人,应用核素心血池扫描的方法,测定相角程(PA)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室高峰射血率(PER)、左室高峰充盈率(PFR).CAD患者中PA异常占47.5%,正常人中无PA异常者.同为CAD患者,PA异常组LVEF、PER、PFR均明显低于PA正常组.PA与LVEF、PER、PFR呈明显的负相关.表明CAD患者中较为普遍地存在着心室收缩不同步现象,心室非同步运动是影响CAD心功能变化的重要因素.

The Relations of Ventricular Asynchrony with Heart Function in Coronary Arterial Disease

patients with coronary arterial disease and 23 normal subjects were studied by radionuclide cardiac pool imaging. The patients were divided into two groups according to phase angle (PA). Left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), phase angle (PA), peak ejection rate (PER) and peak filling rate (PFR) were measured. Twenty nine patients (47%) were found with abnormal PA. LVEF, PER and PFR were significantly lower in the patients with abnormal PA than in those with normal PA. PA was correlated negatively with LVEF, PER, PFR (P<0.001). Asynchronous contraction is common in coronary arterial disease. Asynchrony is responsible for impaired left ventricular function.
