| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨小儿呼吸道异物取出术麻醉方法及围术期有关处理。方法:回顾分析1995～2006年间小儿呼吸道异物取出术115例的麻醉方法:采用静脉复合麻醉结合咽喉、气管及支气管表面麻醉方法同时监测动脉血氧饱和度、呼吸及心电图。结果:麻醉经过平稳,围术期死亡率低于1%。结论:小儿呼吸道异物取出术选用静脉复合麻醉结合咽喉、气管及支气管表面麻醉是安全、可行的麻醉方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the anesthesia of extraction of children intratracheal foreign body. Methods:Anesthetic methods used in management of 115 cases of extraction intratracheal foreign body in children between 1995 and 2006 were studied retrospectively , total intravenous anesthesia(TIVA) combined with larynx ,trachea and bronchus superficial anesthesia were performed while SpO2, breathing and ECG were monitored. Results:Anesthesia were carried out successfully with the mortality lower than 1%. Conclusion:TIVA combined with larynx ,trachea and bronchus superficial anesthesia are safe and practicable methods in management of intratracheal foreign bodies in children. |
