通心络胶囊治疗老年冠心病心绞痛临床疗效观察

目的 :观察通心络胶囊治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法 :5 8例稳定性心绞痛患者随机分成治疗组 30例 ,以消心痛 10mg ,一日 3次 ,加口服通心络胶囊 ,一日 3次 ,一次 3粒。对照组 2 8例 ,仅口服消心痛10mg ,一日 3次。两组疗程均为 4周。观察两组疗效。结果 :治疗组在改善心绞痛症状及心电图方面比较对照组无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ,P >0 .0 5 )。对胸闷、气短等临床症状及对血脂的改善方面 ,治疗组明显优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ,差异有显著性。结论 :运用中西医结合以通心络胶囊加消心痛治疗老年冠心病心绞痛临床综合疗效确切 ,且无明显副作用 ,适合于血脂偏高的老年冠心病心绞痛患者。

Observation of clinical effect for tongxinluo Capsule in Treating 30 cases with angina pectoris of Senior Coronary Heart Diseases

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect for Tongxinluo Capsule in 30 cases with stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Diseases.Methods:58 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group(30 cases)was taken Isosorbide Dinitrate Tablets 10mg,3 times per day orally and taken Tongxinluo Capsules,3 times per day,3 pills per time.Control group(28 cases)was taken only orally Isosorbide Dinitrate Tablets 10mg,3 times per day.The courses of treatment of two groups are 4 weeks.The effect of both groups was observed.Results:Treatment group and Control group are not remarkable differences in improving Angina Pectoris and EKG( P >0.05, P >0.05).And Treatment group is obvious better than Control group in improving the symptoms of chest distress and short breath and hyperlipidemia( P <0.05, P <0.05).Conclusion:The synthetic effect of treatment for Angina Pectoris of Senior Coronary Heart Diseases is definite with Tongxinluo Capsule and Isosorbide Dinitrate Tablet through combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine.No obvious side effect was found.It is suitable for the Angina Pectoris of Senior Coronary Heart Diseases patients with hyperlipidemia.
