通心络和鲁南欣康单用或合用治疗心绞痛的比较

目的 :评价通心络与单硝酸异山梨酯 (鲁南欣康 )单用或合用对冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法 :冠心病心绞痛病人 93例 ,随机分成通心络组 32例 ,给通心络胶囊 4粒 ,口服 ,每 8h1次 ,连用 4周 ;单硝酸异山梨酯 (鲁南欣康 ) 30例 ,给单硝酸异山梨酯 2 0 mg,口服 ,每 8h1次 ,连用 4周 ;两药合用组 31例 ,两药用法及疗程同上述。结果 :通心络组临床有效率及心电图改善依次为 75 %与 4 7% ;单硝酸异山梨酯组依次为 73%与 4 6 % ;两组间比较差别无显著意义(P>0 .0 5 ) ;两药合用组依次为 93%与 74 % ,优于上述 2个单用组 (P<0 .0 5 )。上述 3组均无显著不良反应。结论 :通心络与单硝酸异山梨酯组比较疗效相似 ,两药合用疗效显著提高。

Comparison of Tongxinluo and LuNanXinKang Alone or Combined in Treating Angina Pectoris

Objective To compare the efficacy of Tongxinluo or/and isosorbide monotrate (Lnaxinkang) alone or combined in treatment of angina pectoris. Methods Ninety-four patients of coronany disease with angina pectoris were randomly divided into 3 groups:Tongxinluo group hand 32 patients, Each patient received Tongxinluo 4 pilalas po,q8 h for 4wk.Isosorbide mononitrate group had 30 patients. Each patient received Isosorbide mononitrate 20 mg po,q8 h for 4 wk.Complex group had 31 patients. Each patient received the same usage of the two medicine for 4wks.Results Clinical effective rate was 75 % and ECG effective rate was 47% for Tongxinluo group. And for isosorbide mononitrate group,the two rate were 73 % and 46 %,respectively,there was not significant differece between the two group(P>0.05).Clinical effective rate was 93 %,ECG effective rate was 74 % for complex group .There was significant difference between complex group with Tongxinluo group or isosobide mononitrate group(P<0.05) 3 group all had not remarkable adverse reaction.Conclusion The effects of clinical symptoms and electrocardiography are similar for Tongxinluo and therapy mononitrate.the effect of combination therapy is better than that of either Tongxinluo or isosorbide mononitratr alone.
