医院实施护士长聘任制改革的方法与成效

摘    要:建设一支高素质的护士长队伍,对医院建设发展具有深远意义。我院在护士长使用中引入竞争择优机制,推行岗位公开竞聘上岗,"无内定"、面向全社会公开招聘人才。实施聘任制改革对提高护理队伍的整体素质,合理配置护理人才资源,激发人才活力,推动医院跨越式发展起到了积极作用。

Abstract:It is very important to have a nursing staff with high quality for the development of hospitals.The head nurses in General Hospital of PLA were chosen according to a competition system,by which only the most excellent one was chosen from the mass,without interference of the authorities.The practice of the competition system can upgrade the quality of the nursing staff,improve the disposition of the human resource,encourage a full display of the ability of the staff,and promote the rapid development of the hospital.
