| 摘 要： | 目的探讨调脂护肝方治疗脂肪肝的疗效。方法共观察病例100例,随机分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组给予调脂护肝方,每日1剂;对照组口服东宝肝泰片。两组均连续服药3个月。结果调脂护肝方在改善症状、血脂、肝功能、肝纤维化指标方面与对照组比较有显著差异。结论调脂护肝方治疗脂肪肝疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe effects of Tiaozhihugan Decoction in treating fatty liver. Methods 100 cases of fatty liver were randomly divided into treatment group and control group (treatment group 60 cases, control group 40 cases). The treatment group was treated by Tiaozhihugan Decoction, and the control group was treated by medicine Dongbaogantai. The period of treatment was 3 months. Before and after treatment, trigliceride (TG), cholesterol (TC) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) in serum were measured. Indexes of liver function and liver fibrosis were measured also. Results Treatment group was superior to control group in promoting symptoms and lowering indexes of liver fibrosis, TG and TC in serum, and increasing HDL-C with significant difference. Conclusion Tiaozhihugan Decoction is effective in treating fatty liver. |
