综合医院医学心理咨询门诊1879例分析

目的 研究综合性医院医学心理咨询的临床特点。方法 对复旦大学附属中山医院医学心理咨询门诊2004年1879例初诊患者的资料进行统计处理和分析。结果 综合性医院的医学心理咨询门诊来访者的问题，绝大多数属于医学问题（90．5％），其中以神经症和情感障碍为主，分别为781例（41．56％）和666例（35．44％）。结论 综合医院医学心理咨询门诊的主要对象是神经症和情感障碍，治疗方面药物治疗与心理治疗的综合使用更有助于患者病情的缓解。

Analysis of 1879 new cases from the clinical psychology department in general hospital

Objective: To investigate the clinical features of the psychological counseling in a general hospital setting. Methods: Data of 1879 new cases of outpatients in the year of 2004 collected from the Clinical Psychology Department in the ZhongShan Hospital, affiliated to the Fudan University are statistically processed and analyzed. Results: Issues of those who come for counseling in the out - patient setting of the Clinical Psychology Department in the general hospital are most likely to be medical issues (90.5% ) , with neurosis (n = 781, 41. 56%) and mood disorder ( n = 666 , 35.44) consist the majority. Conclusion: Neurosis and mood disorder compose most outpatient population of the Clinical Psychology Department in the general hospital. In the view of treatment, a combination of pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy is more beneficial in relieving symptoms.
