等离子射频治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征67例

摘    要:目的探讨等离子低温射频消融术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征的效果。方法用等离子低温消融术治疗阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)67例,于术前及术后6个月行多导睡眠仪监测以确定治疗效果。结果术后随访6个月,与治疗前比较,最低血氧饱和度(LSpO2)显著提高(P〈0.01);呼吸暂停低通气指数减低,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论等离子低温射频消融术具有较好的临床疗效,且方便、安全、有效、微创、术后轻微的不适和较少的副作用,有较好的应用前景。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of plasma temperature-controlled radiofrequency ablation on obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods 67 patients with polysomnographically proven OSAHS were treated by radiofrequency ablation.The polysomnography examinations were carried out before and 6 months after radiofrequency operation respectively.Results There were no complications occurred in any of the groups.6 months follow-up showed that the lowest pulse oxygen saturation improved significantly(P<0.01).In addition,there were significant differences in the decrease of apnea hypopnea index after operation(P<0.01).Conclusion The temperature-controlled radiofrequency ablation for OSAHS is effective.This treatment is convenient,simple,safe more effective and minimally invasive with less postoperative discomfort and side effects.In the future,radiofrequency ablation has the potential to be one of the most popular surgical modalities for the treatment of OSAHS.
