| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肝移植术后患者循环系统异常变化的监测要点与处理措施.方法 对23例肝移植患者的循环系统进行动态监测,包括血流动力学指标、血浆清蛋白、体温、尿量、电解质.结果 肝移植术后患者维持着高循环动力状态、部分病人有肺动脉高压及低蛋白血症、低体温、尿量减少、低钾血症.结论 在监测中要充分认识肝移植术后患者循环系统异常变化,采取预防措施,减少或避免循环系统异常的发生,最大限度地保护新肝功能,积极促进移植肝脏功能的恢复.
