肝炎后肝硬变患者血清胆汁酸测定的意义

[研究背景 ]探讨肝炎后肝硬变患者血清胆汁酸与其他肝功能指标的关系及对肝硬变预后的价值 .[病列报告 ]测定 117例肝炎后肝硬变患者空腹血清胆汁酸 .血清胆汁酸的敏感性优于其他肝功能指标 ,但与总胆红素、谷草转氨酶之间无显著差异 ,与谷丙转氨酶、γ 谷氨酰转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶、直接胆红素之间无相关关系 .血清胆汁酸随肝功能Child Pugh分级的升高而逐渐升高 ,并发现血清胆汁酸低于5 0 μmol/L者 1年内死亡率为 7% ,而高于 5 0 μmol/L者 ,1年内死亡率为 5 5 % .[讨论 ]空腹血清胆汁酸在肝硬变的不同阶段都升高 ,即使是晚期肝硬变患者中亦如此 .血清胆汁酸能反映肝硬变的预后

Significance of fasting serum total bild acid in patients with post hepatitis cirrhosis

BACKGROUND To study the relationship between the fasting serum total bild acid and other index of liver function in the patients with post hepatitis cirrhosis and prognosis value. CASE REPORT The fasting serum total bild acid was detected in 117 cases of post hepatitis cirrhosis. The sensitivity of total bild acid is better than the other liver function tests. But there is no significant difference between serum total bilirubin and GOT and no correlation between total bild acid and the aspartate aminotransferase, alanin aminotransferase, gamma glutamyl transpeptidase, serum alkaline phosphates, direct bilirubin. The higher the liver function of Child Pugh grade rise, the higher the total bild acid rise. The 7% patients in whom total bild acid was lower than 50μmol/L were died in one year, but 55% that was higher than 50μmol/L were died in one year. DISCUSSION Total bild acid is high in the different cirrhosis grade even if in the advanced period of cirrhosis . Total bild acid can reflect prognosis of cirrhosis .
