| 摘 要： | [目的 ]探讨膝最上动脉与胫前返动脉吻合弓为蒂的膝内侧逆行岛状皮瓣的临床适应症 .[方法 ]研究以膝最上动脉与胫前返动脉吻合弓为蒂的膝内侧逆行岛状皮瓣的应用解剖 ,且介绍用这种皮瓣修复小腿上段大面积软组织缺损的经验 .[结果 ]临床应用 15例 ,完全存活 13例 ,其中完整随访 13例 .[结论 ]小腿上段大型裸露深部结构、骨不连合并软组织缺损者和不能转移局部皮瓣者 ,均适宜采用此种皮瓣

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the medial retrograde island flap with superior genicular artery and anterior tibia recurrent artery of the knee on clinical application. METHODS The applied anatomy of superior genicular artery and anterior tibia relurrent artery was studied and the successful experience of the large soft tissue transplant was introduced. RESULTS Fifteen patients were treated with these flaps and thirteen cases followed satisfactory up were successfully survived. CONCLUSION The medial retrograde island flap of the knee is a more effective treatment for the deep large exploded soft tissue defect and for those patients who could not receive the near skin transplant. |
