| 摘 要： | ［背景］寻找鼻骨骨折复位的有效方法．［病例报告］给３５例鼻骨骨折患者进行复位前先在鼻 腔顶部和骨折处预置凡士林沙条，然后进行手法复位．结果，全部患者复位成功，疼痛轻，出血少．［讨 论］复位前预置凡士林沙条后进行手法复位是简单有效的方法．

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND To search for the effective method of reduction for nasal bone fracture. CASE REPORT In 35 cases of nasal bone fracture, the vaseline gaxe were presetted into the roof of nasal cavity and position of fracture before processes of reposition and then the reduction of nasal bone fracture was performed by hands. The reduction was satisfied with a few of bleading and pain by this method. DISCUSSION This method of reduction for nasal bone fracture is simple and effective. |
