脑梗死患者临床记忆检查分析

［目的］了解脑梗死患者记忆障碍的特点、规律．［方法］采用临床记忆量表甲式对 ３０例脑梗死 患者进行测试，并选择 ２０例正常人做为对照组［结果］脑梗死患者组各项测验成绩均显著低于对照 组，左、右侧梗死无显著性差异．多灶梗死者记忆功能明显低于单灶梗死者．［结论］脑梗死患者急性期 记忆功能显著下降

Clinical memory test of the patients with cerebral infarction

OBJECTIVE To find out the rule and characteristics of the memory obstacles of patients with cerebral infarction infarction. METHODS Using clinical memory scale chart A, 30 patients with cerebral infarction were tested and 20 healthy individuals were selected as control group. RESULTS All the test results of the patients group were evidently worse than that of control group. There was no remarkable difference between the patients with the left and right cerebral infarction. The memory of the patients with multi-focus cerebral infarction was much poorer than that of the patients with mono-focus cerebral infarction. CONCLUSION the memory of the patients with cerebral infarction is obvious decline at acute stage.
