| 摘 要： | ［背景］探讨和评价经皮钻颅血肿抽吸、溶血引流治疗重症脑出血的方法和治疗效果［病例报 告］ＣＴ定向、手电钻动力驱动下直接经皮钻颅、血肿抽吸、尿激酶溶血引流残血治疗４９例重症脑出血． 结果，有效３４例（６９％），死亡 １５例（３１％）． ［讨论］超早期微创经皮钻颅血肿抽吸、溶血引流治疗脑出 血，损伤小，操作简便，适应症范围宽，疗效好，尤其适应于出血量大的重症脑出血．

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND To study and evaluate the method and curative effects to treat severe cerebral hemorrhage by hematoma aspiration and hemolysis. CASE REPORT After locating with CT and percutaneous sphenotresia with hand electric drill, the hematoma was aspirated, the urokinase was used for hemolysis and the remain blood was drained. 34 (69%) cases were effective and 15 (31%) cases were died. DISCUSSION The treatment of cerebral hemorrhage by using this method at peracute stage has less damage of cerebra, simple operation, wide indication and good curative effects. The method especially adapt for the cases that the amount of bleed is large. |
