| 摘 要： | ［目的］观察神经阻滞疗法治疗皮肤瘢痕痛的效果．［方法］６例皮肤瘢痕痛患者，根据皮损部 位不同选择合适的交感神经阻滞法及曲安缩松混合液局部分点注射．［结果］３例治愈，２例显效，１例有 效．［结论］神经阻滞疗法可安全有效地治疗皮肤瘢痕痛．

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effects of nerve block for treatment of skin scar pain. METHODS Six patients with skin scar pain were treated by fitted sympathetic nerve block according to different position of skin injury and with local Injection of Triamcinolone mixture in different directions. RESULTS Three of six patients were cured, two had excellent effects and one had effective. CONCLUSION The nerve block could treat the skin scar pain effectively and safely. |
