| 摘 要： | ［目的］比较延边朝鲜族自治洲地区朝鲜族和汉族中学生体格发育及肥胖状况．［方法］采用整 群抽样方法，对延边朝鲜族自治洲地区朝鲜族和汉族中学生及高中学生 １６９７名体格指标进行了调查． ［结果］男性组，延边朝鲜族自治洲地区朝鲜族身高（ｃｍ）为 １６４．６，体重（ｋｇ）为 ５４．０，腰围（ｃｍ）为 ６８．３， 体块指数（ｋｇ／ｍ２）为 １９．７８， Ｐｏｎｄｅｒａｌ指数（ｋｇ ／ｍ３）为 １２．０３，腰围与臀围比值为 ０．８２，肥胖率（％）为 １２．８；延边朝鲜族自治洲地区汉族分别为１６６．８，５５．４，６６．且，且９．７３，１且．８３，０．７７和１０．０；女性组，朝 鲜族分别为１５４．９，４８．７，６６．０，２０．２７，１３．１０，０．７５和２８．９；汉族分别为１５８．０，５０．３，６３．８，２０．０９， １２．７３， ０．７３和 ２０．１．［结论］定期评价学生的体格发育及肥胖状况，可以早期发现和预防肥胖．

Comparative study on development of growth and obesity in students of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To compare the development of growth and obesity between the students of KoreanChinese and Han nationality in Yanbian. METHODS The physique index in 1 697 students of Korean-Chinese and Han nationality in middle and high school was investigated by cluster sampling. RESULTS FOr male, values of height (cm), weight (kg), waist (cm), body mass index(kg/m2), ponderal index(kg/m3 ), waist/hip ratio and prevalence(% ) of obesity were 164. 6, 54. 0, 68. 3, 19. 78 , 12. 03, 0. 82 and 12. 8 in Korean-Chinese and 166. 8, 55. 4, 66. 1, 19. 73, 11. 83, 0. 77 and 10. 0 in Han nationality, respectively. For female, they were 154.9, 48. 7, 66. 0, 20. 27, 13. 10, 0. 75 and 28. 9 in Korean-Chinese and 158. 0, 50. 3, 63. 8, 20. 09, 12. 73, 0. 73 and 20. 1 in Han nationality, respectively. CONCLUSION The school-based growth screening and weight management is needed to identify and avert childhood obesity. |
