| 摘 要： | ［背景］探讨带结膜瓣的自体角膜移植治疗胬肉的疗效．［病例报告］给４８例（５５眼）初发 性和复发性翼状胬肉行带结膜瓣的自体角膜缘移植术，术后随访３个月～２年６个月，平均９个月结果 角膜上皮愈合良好，光滑透明，２例复发，占４％［讨论］带结膜瓣的自体角膜缘移植治疗翼状胬肉是有 效的治疗方法．

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND To study the therapeutic effects of limbal auto graft stern cells on the treatment of pterygium. CASE REPORT limbal auto grafts were performed in 48 cases (55 eyes) of primary or recurrent pterygium. The periods of post-operative follow-up were from 3 to 30 months with a mean of 9 months. The cornea epithelial healing was nice and the cornea was smooth and transparent. Two cases recurrence was found. DISCUSSION The transplantation of limbal auto graft stem cells with conjunctival flap from the same side is an effective treatment for pterygium. |
