椎弓根螺钉位置的影像学判定

目的 ]评价各种投射位的X线平片对椎弓根螺钉位置的准确性判定 .方法 ]对 4例病人的 16枚椎弓根螺钉均在术中、术后拍X线侧位及双斜位片 ,术后做CT扫描 .结果 ]侧位片无错位钉检出率 ,双斜位的为 6 % ,CT的为 12 % .结论 ]侧位加双斜位是目前条件下最可靠的术中钉位判定手段

Judgement for pedicle screw placement by X-ray and CT image

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the judgement for pedicle screw placement in the plain radiographs of various directions. METHODS Four patients with 16 pedicle screws were examined by X ray from various directions during and after operations and by CT. RESULTS There had no detectable rate of wrong position of the screw among lateralposition of X ray film, 6% of that among right left oblique position and 12% of that among CT examination. CONCLUSION X ray photographs of lateral and right left oblique position are the best way to judge the position of pedicle screw during the operation in today's condition.
