颈部硬膜外阻滞配用星状神经节阻滞治疗椎动脉型颈椎病30例

［目的］观察颈部硬膜外阻滞配用星状神经节阻滞治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效．［方法］本组 ３０例椎动脉型颈椎病患者，每周一进行颈部硬膜外阻滞，周三、周五行星状神经节阻滞．［结果］治愈 １０ 例，占 ３３％；显效 １２例，占 ４０％；好转 ６例，占 ２０％；无效 ２例，占 ７％；治疗前后转颈试验阳性率有显著 性差异．［结论］颈部硬膜外阻滞配用星状神经节阻滞可有效地治疗椎动脉型颈椎病，但应由操作熟练 医师进行．

Analysis of cervical epidural block with stellate ganglion block for treatment of vertebral arterial insufficiency type of cervical spondylosis-report of 30 cases

OBJECTIVE TO observe the effects of cervical epidural block with the stellate ganglion block (SGB) for treatment of vertebral arterial insufficiency type of cervical spondylosis. METHODS 30 cases of vertebral arterial insufficiency type of cervical spondylosis were treated by cervical epidural block every Monday and by SGB every Wednesday and Friday. RESULTS 10 cases (33 % ) were cured, 12 (40 % ) were excellent, 6 (20% ) were improved, and 2 (7% ) were failed. The positive rate in neck-revolved test had significant difference between pre- and post-treatment. CONCLUSION The cervical epidural block with SGB could effectively treat vertebral arterial insufficiency type of cervical spondylosis, but must be operated by the experienced doctors.
