下肢骨折术后早期康复疗法对膝关节功能恢复的影响

［研究背景］为明确早期康复治疗对下肢骨折术后膝关节功能恢复的疗效，进行了康复组与自 练组对比观察［病例报告］１４０例病人均在骨科确诊为下肢骨折，并进行了制动手术．一组采用早期康 复疗法：在术后第２ｄ开始进行股四头肌等长收缩练习；术后第６ｄ开始进行理疗，据病人情况，给局部有 炎症者照射红外线，有肌肉痛、肌肉硬结者在该部位给予中频电流刺激，同时应用膝关节被动活动器，由 屈曲３０°角度开始，逐日加大角度，到９０°～１２５°为止；术后２—３周以增强肌力的锻炼为主，逐步增加膝 关节的活动范围另一组自行锻炼，无一定规律．结果，康复组膝关节功能优良率为 ９５％，对照组优良率 为 ７５％［讨论］下肢骨折术后进行早期康复治疗，直接影响患者膝关节功能的恢复，对提高生活质量有 较大的帮助

Influence of early rehabilitation for recovery of knee joint with postoperation of lower extremity fracture

BACKGROUND To investigate the effectiveness of early rehabilitation for the recovery of knee joint with the post-operation of lower extremity fracture as compared with exercising by oneself. CASE REPORT 140 patients were diagnosed for the lower extremity fracture and performed by surgery. The treatment of early rehabilitation in group A was as follows: the patients received physical therapy second day after operation, the local inflammation was treated by infrared ray, the muscle pain and scleroma were treated with the medium frequency electrotherapy. Moreover, the CPM machine was used with the 30 angles of bend and increased day by day to reaching 90-125 angles, and from the 2 - 3 weeks of postoperation, the progressive resistance exercises were the main form of treatment for increasing the range of knee motion. Group B was exercised by themselves. The recovery rate of the knee joint in group A was 95 % and that in group B was 75 %. DISCUSSION The early rehabilitation directly influences the recovery of knee joint with the post-operation of lower extremity fracture and has a good help for improving the life quality.
