急性胰腺炎合并肾功能损害31例临床分析

［背景］探讨急性胰腺炎合并肾损害的临床表现和治疗．［病例报告］ ３１例急性胰腺炎合并肾 损害的病人中，出现蛋白尿２８例（９０％），镜下血尿１１例（３５％），管型尿１１例（３５％），血尿素氮升高１０ 例（３２％），血肌酐升高７例（２３％）．经过治疗，除４例死于多脏器功能衰竭外，余２７例肾功能恢复正常， 尿复查显阴性．［讨论］急性胰腺炎合并肾损害是急性胰腺炎常见的并发症．急性胰腺炎治疗中应防止 肾损害的发生，一旦发生，应采取各种有效的治疗方法．

Clinical analysis of 31 cases of acute pancreatitis with renal lesion

BACKGROUND To study on the clinical situation and treatment for the renal lesion during acute pancreatitis. CASE REPORT Of 31 patients with the renal lesion during acute pancreatitis, 28 (90% ) had proteinuria, 11 (35 % ) had microscopic hematuria, 11 (35 % ) had cylinderuria, 10 (32 % ) had hyperblood urea nitrogen, 7(23 % ) had hyperblood creatinine. After the treatment, the renal function was recovered in 27 cases and recheck of the urine was negative except that 4 cases died from the failure of multi-system organs. DISCUSSION Injury of kidney is a common complication during acute pancreatitis, so, during the treatment, it must be prevented. If once it happened, various and effective counter measures must be taken.
