| 摘 要： | 目的探讨机织型食道支架治疗晚期胃底贲门癌的方法及疗效。方法25例胃底贲门癌患者,口腔表面麻醉后在透视监视下,将机织型覆膜支架置入胃底贲门癌狭窄处,追踪观察病人临床症状改善情况。结果25例患者置入25只支架,技术成功率达100%。术后患者吞咽困难及生活质量明显改善。未发生严重的支架置入相关并发症。结论机织型食道支架可有效缓解晚期胃底贲门癌患者的梗阻症状,置入方法简单、安全。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and method of woven type esophageal stent in treatment of advanced gastric cardia cancer. Method: After topical anesthesia of oral and under the perspective of surveillance and wire guidance,the woven type esophageal stents were placed into the stenosis of gastric cardia in twenty-five cases of gastric cardia cancer.
