紫杉醇（泰素）治疗耐药性妇科癌症的临床报告

紫杉醇（泰素）治疗５５例耐药性妇科恶性肿瘤，每例均为对顺铂或卡铂在内的多种抗癌药耐药患者，其中半数对５种以上抗癌药耐药，近期疗效，完全缓解７例，部分缓解１７例，有效率为４３．６％。毒副反应主要有白细胞总数和中性粒细胞下降，超过反应有面部潮红，皮疹。脱发占１００％。胃肠反应，神经毒性及心肝肾毒性均不严重。泰素对耐药卵巢癌、输卵管癌、子宫内膜癌，绒癌筹均有一定疗效，是目前治疗耐药妇癌的良好药物。

A CLINICAL REPORT OF DRUG-RESISTANT GYNECOLOGIC CANCER TREATED WITH PACLITAXEL

From Sep.1993 to Dec.1994,55 cases of drug-resistant gynecologic cancer were treated with PACLITAXEL (Taxol).Complete response in 7 cases and partial response in 17 cases with a response rate of 43.6% were observed.The major toxic side effects were decrease in total white cell count and in neutrophil count.Apart from flushing of face during Taxol infusion in 12 patients and skin rash in 2 patients,the gastrointestinal,neurologic,liver and renal side effects were mild.Taxol is considered to be a drug of choice in the treatment of patients with gynecologic cancer who are resistant to conventional chemotherapy.
