动态心电图最简ST/HR指数对心脏缺血诊断的评价

85例经心脏SPECT证实有心肌灌注下降或缺损的冠心病者进行24小时动态心电图检查，并将标准的ST压低标准与最简ST／HR指数比较。结果显示在ST压低程度及最简ST／HR指数方面，组间存在显著性差异。虽然它们间密切相关（r＝0．93），但最简ST／HR指数的敏感性（61．2％）显著大于标准的ST压低标准（29．4％）。显然，最简ST／HR指数比标准的ST标准对冠心病的识别具有更大的诊断价值，提示它应作为动态心电图的一项指标使用。

Assessment of The Simplest ST/HR Index in Ambulatory ECG for Diagnosis of Myocardial Ischemia

85 patients with CAD, who had demonstrated myocardial perfusion decrease or defect confirmed by SPECT 99mTc-MIBI scintigraphy, were performed 24h ambulatory ECG monitoring, and compared standard ST segment depression criteria of myocardial ischemia with the simplest ST/HR index, The resulrs showed there was significant difference in the masnitude of ST depression and the simplest ST/HR index among the three groups. Although they presented significant correlation (r=0.93), the sensitivity (61.2%) of the simplest ST/HR index was significantly greater than that (29.4%) of standard ST criteria. Conclusions: the simplest ST/HR index has more diagnostic value for identification C of CAD than standard ST criteria . We suggest it should be used as a parameter in ambulatory ECG.
