| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔电钻造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效。方法:对2003-11/2005-04诊断为慢性泪囊炎患者14例(15眼)于鼻内镜下行泪囊鼻腔造孔术,完成6mo随访,对疗效进行分析。结果:在14例(15眼)中,治愈13眼,好转2眼,有效率100%。结论:鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔电钻造孔术是治疗慢性泪囊炎切实可行的手术方法。

| Abstract: | AIM: To explore the curative effect and the factors of affecting the curative effect by surgery of intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with electric dril1. METHODS: Fourteen patients (15 eyes) with chronic dacryocystitis were treated by intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with electric drill from November 2003 to April 2005. RESULTS:Thirteen patients were cured,two improved, the success rate was 100%. CONCLUSION: The procedure of intranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy with electric drill is a beneficial feasible approach for treatment of chronic dacrycystitis. |
