新型腹壁切口缝合术在妇科肥胖型肿瘤患者中的应用价值

目的:探讨新型腹壁切口缝合术在妇科肥胖型肿瘤患者中的临床应用价值。方法:选择2015年12月至2017年1月收治的100例妇科肥胖型肿瘤患者作为研究对象,纳入研究对象有完整的临床资料,签署知情同意书,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用常规缝合法处理,研究组采用新型腹壁切口缝合术,主要是凭借腹壁吻合器进行缝合处理,观察记录两组患者腹壁缝合时间、切口Ⅰ期愈合率、住院时间及并发症发生率,并进行对比分析。结果:研究组腹壁缝合时间、住院时间短于对照组,切口Ⅰ期愈合率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为妇科肥胖型肿瘤患者施行新型腹壁切口缝合术,采用腹壁吻合器辅助缝合,相较常规缝合法可缩短腹壁缝合时间与住院时间,提高切口Ⅰ期愈合率,安全性较高,值得推广。

Application value of new abdominal incision suture in obese patients with gynecological tumor

Objective:To investigate the application value of new abdominal incision suture in the treatment of obese patients with gynecological tumor.Methods:One hundred obese patients with gynecological tumor from Dec.2015 to Jan.2017 were selected as the study subjects.There were complete clinical data and informed consent form.Patients were randomly divided into 2 groups with 50 patients in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional suture treatment.The patients in the study group were treated with new abdominal incision suturing.The suture was mainly completed by abdominal stapler.The suture time,the healing rate,the hospital stay and the incidence of complications were recorded and comparatively analyzed.Results:The suture time of the abdominal wall and hospital stay of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The healing rate of the incision was significantly higher than that of the control group.The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions:The abdominal stapler assisted suture is used in the new abdominal wall incision suture treatment for obese patients with gynecological tumor,compared with conventional suture treatment,this procedure is safe,can shorten the abdominal suture time and hospital stay,improve the wound healing rate,so it is worth popularization.
