~(18)F-FDG PET-MR在肝门部胆管腺癌诊断中的价值

目的:探讨~(18)F-FDG PET-MR显像在肝门部胆管腺癌诊断中的应用价值与作用。方法:回顾分析7例肝门部胆管癌患者的临床资料,其中男4例,女3例,平均(56.7±12.0)岁,均经手术或病理等综合手段证实。7例患者术前均行~(18)FFDG PET-MR检查,观察影像学特点,并测量病灶的最大标准化摄取值。结果:7例患者中1例为Ⅲ_a型肝门部胆管癌,4例为Ⅲ_b型,2例为Ⅳ型;原发灶肿瘤最大径平均(2.8±1.3)cm,5例患者伴有区域及远处转移,上述病灶均由病理结果证实且均出现放射性浓聚影,原发灶最大标准化摄取值(5.95±1.71)。结论:~(18)F-FDG PET-MR可准确显示肝门部胆管腺癌的形态、生物学活性及转移情况,在肝门部胆管腺癌的诊断及术前评估方面具有较高的临床应用价值。

The diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET-MR in hilar cholangiocarcinoma

Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET-MR images in hilar cholangiocarcinoma.Methods:The clinical data of 7 patients (4 males and 3 females) with hilar cholangiocarcinoma confirmed by postoperative pathology were retrospectively analyzed.All the 7 patients underwent 18F-FDG PET-MR preoperatively and the image characteristics were observed and the maximal standardized uptake value was measured.Results:According to Bismuth-Corlette classification,one case was in Ⅲa stage,4 cases were in Ⅲb stage and the other 2 were in Ⅳ stage.The mean tumor diameter was (2.8±1.3) cm.Five cases were with regional or distant metastasis.All lesions were confirmed by pathology and showed accumulation of radioactivity,the maximal standardized uptake value of primary tumor was (5.95±1.71) in average.Conclusions:18F-FDG PET-MR could accurately manifest the morphology,activity and distribution of the lesions of hilar cholangiocarcinoma and has high clinical values in the diagnosis and preoperative evaluation.
