药磁腰托对兔腰神经根急性受压后血液流变的影响

目的观察腰神经根急性受压后血液流变的变化，探讨药磁腰托对腰神经根急性受压的治疗作用。方法将40只大白兔随机分为4组，每组10只，其中2组作为实验组，另2组作为对照组。手术暴露大白兔左侧坐骨神经，沿坐骨神经逆向仔细分离腰7神经前支并进入腰7神经根通道，将直径2mm、长约2cm的硅胶管套入并插入腰7神经根通道，形成腰7神经根急性受压模型。实验组应用药磁腰托作为治疗措施。术后10d、30d分别检测血液流变学。结果术后10d实验组与对照组的血液流变均没有显著差异，术后30d实验组的血液流变学比对照组明显好转。结论药磋腰托能够改善血液流变学特性。

The hemorrheologic parameters on Waistband for treatment of acute compression of the lumbar nerve root in rabbits

Objective To observe the changes of hemorrheologic parameters on acute compression of the lumbar nerve root,to research therapeutic effect of waistband on acute compression of the lumbar nerve root.Methods 40 rabbits were randomly divided into four groups,each group had 10 rabbits.Two groups were trial groups,and the other two groups were control groups.To expose the left sciatic nerve in surgery,enter passage of the seventh lumbar nerve root along sciatic nerve by separating inversely,then cut open silica gel tube(2mm in diameter,about 2cm in length) longitudinally.The seventh nerve was covered by this tube and inserted into passage of the seventh lumbar nerve root to form the acute compression of lumbar nerve root model.And the trial groups use waistband as intervention method.The hemorrheologic parameters were observed in 10 days and 30 days after surgery.Results There is no significant difference of the hemorrheologic parameters changes between trial groups and control groups in 10 days after surgery.30 days after surgery,the trail groups are better than the control groups.Conclusion The waistband can improve hemorrheologic parameters.
