| 摘 要： | 目的：研究不同月份南京栽培鸢尾中4种异黄酮成分的动态变化规律，确定最佳采收期。方法：采用HPLC法测定了不同采收期南京栽培鸢尾药材中4种异黄酮含量。结果：不同采收期南京栽培鸢尾药材的4种异黄酮总含量为1月3．948％，2月3．072％，3月2．141％，4月3．202％，5月4．986％，6月3．283％，7月5．538％．8月4．634％，9月4．963％，10月3．126％，11月2．983％，12月2．798％。不同采收期的鸢尾药材以7月、5月、9月的含量较高。结论：鸢尾的最佳采收期为7月、5月或9月。

| Abstract: | AIM: To study the rules of monthly dynamic variation of contents of 4 kinds of isoflavone in the rhizomes of Iris tectorum cultivated in Nanjing,and decide best harvesting times.METHOD: HPLC method was used to determine the contents of 4 kinds of isoflavone in the samples collectted at different times.RESULT: It was shown that the contents of the total of 4 kinds of isoflavones in the rhizomes of Iris tectorum were 3.948%(Jan.),3.072%(Feb.),2.141%(Mar.),3.202%(Apr.),4.986%(May),3.283%(June),5.538%(July),4.634%(Aug.),4.963%(Sep.),3.126%(Oct.),2.983%(Nov.),2.798%(Dec.)respectively.CONCLUSION: The most appropriate collecting time of rhizome of Iris tectorum should be in July, May and September. |
